Alright! So here's the story of me, Glitch. It's not a very exciting story, but it's a story nonetheless. Anyway, my friends call me Tay, or Taylan if they're in the mood to sound naggy and get my attention. I'm 5'10", I've got purple, yes purple, hair (though it's naturally blond, but I think I'm gonna stick with purple, it suits me better). I'm relatively fit, though not nearly as fit as I'd like to be.

I have never smoked, nor done any drugs. I don't plan on it either. I do however, enjoy alcohol, but I've never been drunk. I know my limits, and going over them would be pointless. I can find enough enjoyment while sobber, kay thanks. That all being said, I'm not a total square. It's not like my opinion of someone will be greatly affected if they did drugs or smoked. It's your body, and until cybernetics take off, you've only got one. So fuck it up any way you want! Just make sure I'm out of the room. =D

I am single! Wow! Shocker, isn't it? But alas, ladies (and you guys, too, I know you're looking my way *winks*) I have no plans to get involved in another relationship for some time, if ever. Close friendships are good enough for me. Of course, with that being said, I must admit to being a hopeless romantic. I love snuggling and cuddling and being all mushy.

I watch quite a bit of anime, but no TV... not even CSI anymore (cept once in a blue moon). I'm learning Japanese at the moment, and hoping to one day be able to translate things - anime, books, whatever. Ultimately, I'd like to move to Japan and be a translator. I've got a ways to go, but I'm confident I can accomplish this goal.

I love music. Music of all sorts, from all countries. Granted, there are a few genres I tend to stray away from. The main one being songs that convey a deep religious message (religious songs make me really uncomfortable). My most beloved genre would have to be Trance, as I have been raised on it since a child (I consider videogame music to be the mother of trance, and 80s electronica to be the father).

As for religious or political beliefs.... I don't really know how I'd classify what I am. I guess I'd say I'm an observer of many but a practicioner of none. I don't believe in a "god" per se, but I'm not against the idea that there is some form of higher power. I do not, however, believe in a higher power being personified in the form of a human being. I have nothing against religion, save for those that promote inequality. Women and men are equal, as are all races. Any belief that teaches something other than that is not worth my time.

I'm not a fan of any political idealogy. There's far too many of us for any political structure to work seamlessly. In the end, a large portion of us get stepped on and abused. So, I just watch... and criticize. I'd like to be able to reform the world; to change it, but I'm not sure how I'd change it... yet.

So.. that's me in a nutshell. One warning - I can be very, very sarcastic. If you can't handle sarcasm, we probably wouldn't get along too well. Alas.
